2.3 Updating Your Information
If any registered details change (such as your mobile number or email), you must update them in your account settings as soon as possible. 7j77 will not be responsible for any disruption to services caused by outdated or incorrect information.
3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
All services on 7j77 are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. At the time of registration or at any point thereafter, 7j77 may request documents to verify your age and identity.
3.1 KYC Verification Process
To fully activate your account and be able to make withdrawals, you may be required to submit a copy of your national identity card or passport. Until this process is completed, 7j77 reserves the right to hold withdrawals above a specified amount.

The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.2 General Bonus Terms

- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they will be converted to real balance only after the specified betting conditions are met.
- Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts or false information is strictly prohibited.

6 Gaming Rules
Slots, live casino, sports betting, and all other games on 7j77 must be played in accordance with the designated rules.

6.2 Game Results and Disputes

If a bet is suspected of being connected to match fixing or any other unlawful activity, 7j77 may cancel the relevant bet and suspend the account. For live betting, 7j77 is not liable if a bet is not accepted due to network delays.
7 VIP and Rewards Program
Users on 7j77 can earn VIP status based on their regular play. The VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.
7.1 Weekly Cashback
A cashback is paid at a set rate on weekly net losses for each VIP tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
For example: a Gold tier member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.
7.2 VIP Tier Changes
A user's VIP tier may be upgraded or downgraded based on their activity and participation. 7j77 reserves the right to change the criteria for tier determination at any time.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
7j77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Registration using incorrect or false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Fraudulent activity or attempts to manipulate the system.
- Failure to pass age verification or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
- Suspicion of money laundering or other unlawful activity.
If an account is closed and there is a legitimately deposited balance, it will be returned following proper verification. However, if fraudulent activity is proven, 7j77 reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance.
